  • BE AUTHENTIC
    1. Business is about PEOPLE
    2. STOP SELLING & start giving VALUE
    3. Get on Social Media, Blog, and network with PEOPLE
    4. Show you are PASSIONATE about what you do – if you’re not – find something else
  • BE CONSISTENT
    1. You need to develop a constant presence
    2. Want more opportunities to talk with people? Easy, post engaging content – OFTEN
    3. Are you pushing out PROMOTIONS, or are you providing an in-person experience?
  • BE DEFINED
    1. People want to know your intentions; you should always have a mission
    2. You should ALWAYS understand what value YOU bring
    3. Set boundaries – never sacrifice your principles for a sell, or it’s wrong

  • BE FOCUSED
    1. Target the RIGHT audience
    2. Understand your MARKET
    3. Develop Personas / Individual Marketing
  • BE READY TO SAY NO
    1. Some people are just WRONG for you – don’t take them, you’ll regret it
    2. Signs people are not a good fit
      1. Money
      2. Hesitations
  • Don’t “FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT”
  • BE CLIENT / CUSTOMER FOCUSED
    1. Make “Out of Comfort Zone” efforts to please your clients
    2. Understand your OWN personality type or fail in 1-on-1
    3. Adapt to client needs and wants, WITHOUT spreading yourself thin
