How Our Virtual Assistants Can Help You Create Landing Pages That Actually Convert

While checking out your website analytics one day, you realize something: Your new website has brought in a ton of visitors over the past month, but none of them are staying on your site — or buying what you have to offer!

For business owners, this can be incredibly frustrating. You’ve invested time and money hiring a website design firm. Also, you’ve ensured that people would be able to find you on Google through your site’s SEO … However, now you can’t seem to get people to take out their credit card and actually take the next step.

That’s where our Virtual Assistant Staffer can help. When it comes to lead generation, our SEO virtual assistants can help you create an inbound marketing strategy to get people to your website. Additionally, you’ll receive help with offer incentives, and create a clear call to action on your landing pages. In so doing, that will help generate and convert more website visitors into customers.

How our VA Staffers Can Help YOU

By creating a strategic inbound marketing strategy to get people to your website

Content creation and marketing has never been easier with the help of the Internet. It’s also never been harder. The explosion of the Web has added a lot of noise to the background that makes it more difficult for your business or brand to be found online unless you already rank high in search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing.

Our VAs can do research to locate keywords and phrases that people are typing into Google to find businesses like yours. That way we can help you understand what exactly your customers are searching for. That’s our goal: For your website to be the answer to the user’s Google query.

Of all the methods you can use to gain search engine traffic, the best one is to be the solution that people are already looking for.

By creating an offer/incentive to download on your landing pages

Once people are actually on your page, you need to have a way to capture their information to convert visitors into leads. A great way to do this is by offering something of value for download. It could be a whitepaper on the benefits of Instagram marketing or an e-book on the basics of Search Engine Optimization.

This method provides value in two ways: You are capturing the email of the person (and potential customer) downloading your information. Meanwhile, the viewer receives something of value in return for providing their contact information.

The more creative and beneficial download you create, the more you will be rewarded with emails and lead-capturing.

By creating a clear call to action

Your call to action is the immediate action that you desire your website viewers to take. “Watch this video.” “Shop now.” “Sign up now.” “Contact us today.” Whatever your call to action may be, it needs to ask people to take the next step in the sales conversion funnel.

Refrain from making multiple calls to action or having multiple landing pages with a different CTA. There should only be one thing for the customer to focus on; don’t distract them with tons of other requests. Always make it as easy and compelling as possible for the customer.

By creating social proof

As humans are incredibly social beings, we place greater value on things that other people have already approved or validated.

That means if you want your business to become more successful, you need to “show off” the success you’ve already had. Ask some of your best clients for video or written testimonials talking about the great return on investment you’ve been able to provide for them. Keep an update page of all press mentions and publications that have featured your company.

Even if you are just starting out, a few strong quotes from associates or clients can prove that your company really is providing for the “social good.”

Increase Website Traffic Now

Before you can increase website traffic, you need to strategize the steps you are going to need to take in order to achieve your traffic goals. Traffic to your blog posts drives conversions. And you want people to be able to do something that furthers your end goal every time that interact with your web site.

Whether you are trying to get traffic to your site or offline, there are some important things to remember. This article is going to show you some new ways to use the materials you have on hand (and more) to increase your traffic.

How To Get Traffic To Your Website

There are many ways to get traffic to your website.  Some cost a substantial amount of money while others do not. It is really up to your businesses model whether it is a good idea to spend money for advertising right away of not.

Here are ways that you can get traffic to your site:

  • Buy Google Ads
  • Get organic traffic
  • Use a vanity URL to call attention to a particular project
  • Create moving pictures for both Pinterest and Instagram
  • Create YouTube teaser or instructional videos
  • Mail out post cards with your website printed on them
  • Create articles and upload them to Scribd
  • Create articles for “article submission” sites
  • Get direct interaction by commenting on blogs and forums
  • Create eBooks with links to your site
  • Create radio and TV commercials with site mentioned

All of these items above take some time for development. Often, this is what businesses miss when they consider the cost of building the website. The website just the placeholder for content. Be careful not to put too much emphasis in the placeholder and not enough emphasis on creating quality content. IT outsourcing companies (like VA Staffer) are all too familiar with this.

Combining Onsite And Offline SEO Tactics

With those businesses that live and operate mainly online need to really work on offline tactics, too. As things go more mobile, there is growing opportunity as the offline market is going untapped. The problem is that online businesses have problems with the principals of delegation: if it takes more than “X” amount of time to do it, or you really drag your feet on something, then delegate it.

So, here are some clever ways to combine both onsite and offline tactics:

  • Create postcards that have a picture of the video you want your customers to see with a person clicking on the video.
  • Go out onto the street, and do candid interviews about the state of your business and/or industry, then post those video on the Internet.
  • If people deal with your online business, send them high-quality items with your logo on them to show off.
  • Create international and/or inter-industrial projects on Pinterest.

Designing A System Around Getting Assistance

While helping others, it gives those people an opportunity to help you back. Regarding business in this aspect, a lot of companies have their own “customer relations management” (CRM) system in place; there is an interesting extra step that you can do to help your customers.

Create a subsection of your CRM to include the needs of your customers that cannot be fulfilled by the store. Post the needs of other customers (without their identifying information, of course) and talk to other customers to see if they can help out someone on your list. If yes, then you can connect the two people.

When taking a business card, ask if that person wants to have their information distributed to other people attending the event. If the answer is yes, then add them to the list of similar cards you collect. Mail out that list to everyone on that list.

Have a place online for people to give positive feedback to event promoters and attendees.  Here is an example: “Thank you, J Hunter, for buying us brunch at the dim sum restaurant.” – K&D.

Post a wishlist for yourself and/or the business; this gives an opportunity for a trade of goods and services. Be as specific as possible! For example: “We are saving up to buy a printer for the office which will allow us to print better graphic reports. The model that we like the best is Brother XLT4355 which is currently priced at $435.98.”

Collecting Performance Feedback Stats

Too many businesses focus on day-to-day activities and do not spend enough time gathering performance data. The biggest reason for this is that the data collection process does not start from the beginning of the project. Often, the data collection process comes after the fact which wastes a huge portion of company time.

Here are some important tools for gathering data about performance:

  • SEO Page Analyst
  • SEO Traffic Reports
  • Asking customers how you rate every time you interact with them
  • Asking employees to rate their experiences during projects
  • Look at the statics collected from your industry based off of the NAICS codes to compare
  • Six Sigma
  • Comment cards
  • Participatory surveys

Re-Fining Your Traffic Strategy

Obviously, a businesses needs to focus both online and offline when it comes to marketing strategies and sales funnels. Do not be afraid to do what other people are doing. If something works, copy that business model! In order to have a lot of success online, you need traffic (that not only stays on your site, they buy things as well).

  • Take the step necessary to get both onsite and offline traffic.
  • Combine the tactics of onsite and offline lead generation methods for the biggest ROI.
  • Remember that you are there to help customers.
  • Make sure to collect the data so that you can serve customers better.

Just when you think that you have enough things covered, you really should consider an extended outreach plan. The ability for you to go out and get customers (and then retain them) is the best thing you can do your your business. Part of the retention involves free education for your customers and the other part is excellent customer service.

Offline SEO And Barriers To Communication

When it comes to offline SEO, barriers to communication can cost a company thousands of dollars in lost revenue.

This article is going to help you get some ideas about the types of communication needed for maintaining an online business. Keep reading and you will find out reasons your business is struggling.

Onsite SEO Tags Tips

SEO tags are organizing factors for the content of various pages or posts. This is a little bit different than linking phrases as these tags are not part of the meat of the content. Blog tags tend to be at the end of the content for each post, and they are meant for people to find related content to that specific tag.

A huge part of the keyword strategy involves brainstorming the kind of tags that you are going to have on your site. This can be difficult to do, but narrow your tag results down to the 20 most descriptive tags.

Working on tags is part of this Onsite SEO Step By Step series that tries to go over the necessary factors to keep in mind while working on the optimization of the site.

What Is A Blog Tag?

Blog tags are the links at the bottom of a page or a post that is part of the user experience. Too many websites do not strategize their blog tags when building the content, and end up with a messy tag profile.

Also, page and post writers to to tag everything possible in the content. The only reason to have that much fine-grain in a blog tagging system is if you are organizing large groups of pictures or videos.

The blog tag should be written in the same case (usually Title or Camel Case) in order to ensure uniformity for the user experience. This just means that if your blog looks amateurish, the users might leave the page early creating a high bounce rate.

From other articles in this series, you should have learned that bounce backs cause harm to the rankings of the whole site.

How To Tag Your Blog

There are a lot of benefits to including a tag cloud on your blog specifically. This allows for the users to get a good feel for what is available to them on the site. Keyword strategy takes some thought here. You want to use keywords that do have a lot of competition as these would be the highest level words to describe a particular niche.

The thing that most SEO professionals do not tell their customers is that duplicate content hurts the overall rankings of the site. Duplicate content happens when keywords are matched too closely to the tags on a site. If you have a sizable blog, it is recommended to hire a virtual assistant team to find and remove duplicate content from your site.

If your chosen primary keyword also shows up as the exact tag for a group of content pages, this raises the possibility for a manual review of your site. So, with all of that in mind, brainstorming proper keyword mapping for the purpose of user experience should be performed, as well.

Blog Tags SEO Tricks

It is a good idea to learn some tricks that relate to search engine optimization and tags. A few important rules:

  • Do not make your tags complicated.
  • Use high-level keywords for your tags.
  • Avoid using a person’s name unless it is for branding purposes.
  • Do not have more than 5 tags per post.
  • Do not use the name f the website as a tag – ever!

For local searches, it is best to use tags that are based off of areas of your city or the names of the city neighborhoods.

For example, in Portland, Oregon, Steve Jobs attended college in the Reed Neighborhood. If I had a website out organic shops, making a “Reed” tag would help my users find the shops closest to them. (On a side note, Reed College is where you can actually study “underwater basket weaving” if you so chose to do so. I had always heard that as a class offering, and I thought it was a joke. Now, you know, too.)

Do Not Follow Me!

One of the biggest reasons that you do not want to use your rich primary keywords as tags is that is causes duplicate content for search engines. Duplicate content is a bad thing for your entire website. The search engines will give the copy with the most weight behind it all the traffic. This is a huge mess with the hummingbird update, which essentially triggers a manual evaluation by Google employees. The best way to deal with duplicate content is to de-index your tag archives with no-follow links. (You should do the same with SEO categories archives, too.)

Tags For Blogs Should Be Precise

One of the tactical things to manage blog tag clouds is to understand the difference between precise and accurate. If I held up a rose, it could be accurate to say that it is organic life, it is a symbol of romance, it has oils that act as an insect repellent, and the darker the rose, the bitter the flavor. Accurate statements are facts, in general.

However, with tag clouds you want to be precise. Making a tag called “rose” and another tag called “flower” is more precise. By fine-tuning precise tags with high-level tags, you’ll have a cleaner tag cloud. This may require some keyword strategy and brainstorming to make this all work. If you have more than 25 tags in your tag cloud, you need to go more high-level!

This Article Is Officially Blog Tagged

As you can see, tags for pages or blogs is very important. Contrary to belief, tags do not affect SEO directly. Rather, tags are used to control the user-experience. With this in mind, it makes sense to limit the number of tags to the most important topics within the tag cloud.

If you look at a tag cloud and there are a lot of long tail tags, then your tag system needs some re-planning. The best part is that since the tags are tied to specific posts, it makes it easy to find and renovate the rogue tags throughout the site.

What strategies would you implement to keep your tag cloud precise? Please comment below.

Onsite SEO Videos Tips

SEO videos are one of the most requested items for pages or posts – and yet so many people do not have an idea about how to properly manage videos on a website. There is a phenomenon called “bounce back”; this occurs when someone visits a website and immediately leave the page. The biggest cause for these ‘bounce rates‘ is videos that play immediately.

Onsite SEO Images Tips

SEO images are pictures on a page or post that have special care taken with the configuration of that picture to maximize the potential for search engine visibility. Basically, it is a very good idea to tell Google what blog post images are as well as how they relate to the keyword phrase that a customer is searching for.

Blogger Images and SEO

There is no secret that images are important for WordPress pages and blogs. In fact, the images may help the users of your website to stay longer on your pages or posts. While most SEO companies put a lot of emphasis on content that is optimized for search engines, they often miss the mark when it comes to images. (Images are just a part of it all. Check out this article Onsite SEO Step By Step to see the bigger picture. Pun intentded.)

This is where the benefits of a virtual assistant comes in. Collecting all of the images and organizing them to match with a specific keyword phase takes time and organization skills. Managing image collections is something that could be outsourced.

Can I Use Google Images On My Blog?

As a rule of thumb, you want to use images that can be used and modified commercially. Do not just go to Google Images and take the photos your like. An unfortunate mistake that a lot of web designers do is to populate their client’s websites with Google Images with the intention of removing them in the near future. Except life happens.

The images are not replaced in a timely manner, and the company receives nasty letters to take down images that do not belong to them. If a website owner is not computer savvy, this could end up costing the owner a huge amount of money.

This method is really unnecessary. Today, we are surrounded by the ability to take pictures from cameras and phones. It is really a simple process to take a picture and email it to yourself. (If you do not know how to do this, let someone show you.) If the images are yours, put a copyright on your images with the name of your website – in the corner where it does not distract from the photo.

If you need to have a lot of pictures done for your site, then you can always delegate out this responsibility. There are virtual assistant companies that are available to help design graphics, infographics, and to tweak pictures you have taken.

One of the offsite SEO factors (the series for next week) is image citations. Basically, this is when another site uses your image and says” This image courtesy of yoursite.com. These image links (when placed on news sites) are tremendous for SEO ranking boosts.

Image Size And Other Aspects

Images on a post or page should not be bigger than 200 kb each. Images that have a high compression rate are key here. Basically, you want the picture large enough to see well, but have a small enough file size. At first, image size does not seem to matter much; then one day, you site is too large for a simple backup. Now, the process of taking care of your site is that much more difficult.

Also, it is a very good idea to put the images into a program like Photoshop and save for the web. This means that the images are altered to use colors that all of the platforms utilize.

SEO Perfect Images

The very first thing to understand is that you must have the keyword in both the title and the alt text of the picture. The crawlers uses both of these to determine the relevance of each picture. This is called “title attribute SEO” in this industry.

The simplest way to do title attribute for images is to take the “featured image” in a WordPress site and place the title of the page or post as the title of the image. Simple.

The next step is to place the same image title into the alt text and add one word. This simple step makes it so that the crawlers both put the image into their website image results as well as the web results. This added benefit is that there are searches that come to your site through the regular web search as well as walking through similar images. So many websites are discovered because someone presses “visit page” after looking at an image.

Optimized Images Are Necessary

In this article, we discussed why optimized images are necessary. Not only do they cause the reader to have some intrigued as to the content of the page or post itself, but the image can be another path to your site via images results. It is important to use your own photographs or strategic outsourcing to gain images that you can call your own rather than take images from Google Images directly. Related to images, SEO videos are a similar process with a few different tweaks.

Onsite SEO Meta Description Tips

The SEO meta description is flushed with controversy. Some places say you do not need it, and others insist that this is an important part of gathering traffic to your site. I am here to tell you that both sides are right.

Meta descriptions are not technically needed for SEO, but they should be wanted! These descriptions are the sneak peak into the contents of the site, and getting that click through to your material is very important for SEO.

As you read below, you can see which way you want to go with meta descriptions – to use or not to use is the question!

What Is A Meta Description?

The meta description is the text you see underneath the title in a Google listing. This basically tell you what is on the site. The meta description is not needed, per say because Google will show the text around your related keyword.

You want to be the person providing the answer to the question from the customer. The problem here is that the surrounding text provided my the crawler at random may not be what the customer is looking for (even though the answer they are looking for is on your page or post). Therefore, I feel that doing the meta description is an important part of SEO (if only to cause open rates of your URLs!)

How To Write A Meta Description

Your meta description needs to have three things at the same time: 1) It must be the right length, 2) it must include the primary keyword, and 3) it must entice a reader to click on your link.

The meta description is a terrific place to stick two different keywords together that are about the same subject! You would be surprised how many different combinations of keywords you can add while still maintaining a readable flow of text!

The other part of the meta description is to not over think it. It is really a summary of the page or post. My special trick is that I take the first paragraph of my page or post and tweak that for my meta description.

The SEO meta description reminds me of doing writing essays with a thesis. Basically, the meta description is like the thesis of the page or post with a hint of sales copy.

Another hint is to put your business contact information and location in the meta description of the pages with services only. Use the other meta descriptions to talk about the SEO content.

WordPress Meta Description

When writing the meta description for WordPress, I used a plugin made by Yoast for this. All WordPress installs are benefited by this plugin as it helps grade your page or post SEO immediately. (See our WordPress light review in this article.)

You will be able to see what you have done right (and, well, less right) as you go along. The meta description WordPress plugin by Yoast is highly recommended.

Meta Description SEO And More

This week (following Onsite SEO Step By Step), we have covered tips about the requirements needed before beginning, the title, the URL structure, the content, and finally the meta description. This is the biggest chuck on doing proper SEO maintenance for your site. J Hunter, the head of VA Staffer, agrees that /this/ is the reason his website rose in the ranks effortlessly.

By following the steps laid out in this weeks posts and next week’s posts (starting with Onsite SEO Image Tips), you are going to get a terrific handle on the difference between regular content writing and SEO content writing.

Onsite SEO Writing Tips

SEO writing is a skill set that goes beyond just normal content writing. As with the title and the URL address for each page and post on your site, you will need to pay close attention to how the content in your site is formed.

If you are just coming into this article, I would go back and read Onsite SEO Step by Step to know what is part of this series. If you are doing SEO content writing in real time, make sure your SEO URL is up to par before saving your work.

What Is Content Writing?

Content writing is creating information that is for the audience of your article. Most writers are content writers. If takes an extra edge to become a SEO content writer, and this article is about giving you the knowledge to make it happen for you.

(This article is part of an extended series starting with Onsite SEO Step By Step.)

Creating SEO Friendly Content

As you are working through this series, you can see there is a pattern to the articles. The steps I am about to show you is exactly the method I use for creating content for my clients. This is the most efficient way I know to get this done. (I am going to refer to the research completed in Keyword Mapping To Form Relationships.)

Gather Your Data Mine

Below is what my text file looks like when I go to write an article. I start off with what my focus is, where I am coming from, where I am going, and important factors to keep in mind as I go.

[Starting Example]
Primary Keyword:offshore outsourcing
Secondary Keywords: examples of outsourcing; outsourcing sales; fair collections and outsourcing
Important Articles To Link To: Outsourcing IT; offshoring vs outsourcing
Outgoing link: “offshore business process outsourcing” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Offshore_outsourcing

Offshore outsourcing (the primary keyword) needs to be defined as the first sentence in your article. You also need to follow-through with a secondary keyword towards the beginning of your article, like this: Many companies are taking advantage of offshore outsourcing by cutting their labor cost by outsourcing sales tasks.

There are many companies that outsource their industrial technology needs to offshore companies that are located in India, Pakistan, and the Philippians. By outsourcing IT logistics, businesses are getting a huge edge!

Offshore Outsourcing History
Once boats were invented, offshore outsourcing became a way of doing businesses. As you can see, you want your primary keyword to be in at least on subheading tag. All through the ages, outsourcing work to assistants (like a modern day virtual assistant team) was a way to do business effectively.

Examples Of Outsourcing Today
Examples of outsourcing includes: virtual assistants, subcontractors, and temporary agencies; these can be both onshore and offshore outsourcing. Putting a secondary keyword in both the subheading and the content is a very good thing to do.

Outsourcing Sales and Service
When it comes to outsourcing sales and service, it is important to spend the time to find a quality outsourcing staff. It is a very good idea to find someone who speaks our native language who is a part of that business. Communication is very important.

Offshore business process outsourcing is a huge component to how businesses are functioning across borders and territories not even dreamt of in decades past. Who would have thought in the 1960s that the trade embargo from Cuba would have been lifted this year. In the middle of the text, you need to toss in another primary keyword like this: Offshore outsourcing is trending towards internet related jobs and services because these are accessible all over the world.

Your Currency Or Mine
Maintaining accounting across borders if another tricky subject. When trying to get payment arrangements made with international currency, ‘fair collections and outsourcing’ laws are a big concern for companies that participate in offshore outsourcing.

Offshore Outsourcing Is Worth It
Now, at the end of the article, I try to sum up the points made above. If I have missed an opportunity to create a link, I do that now. The next article is going to discuss the pros and cons of offshoring vs outsourcing.

At the very end, I ask a question using the keyword one last time. What are some of the difficulties you have when doing offshore outsourcing? Please comment below.

[End Example]

SEO Content Writing From Home

One of the best perks of online content writing that is specialized for SEO is that I can work from my home or even at the coffee shop. It is very freeing to be able to do this. Online content jobs have fallen into my lap so easily since I learned how to write with this system. People think that SEO content writing is very important to their websites.

What if you don’t know how to start content writing? The biggest roadblock that people have is not doing the keyword mapping before trying to write the content fully. It is so much easier to know what you are supposed to write about rather than look at a blank screen trying to come up with the first line. SEO writing requires strategy. (This strategy includes how to use website categories properly, which is an article all to itself.)

Some people are inefficient with writing even if they have a strategy. They have other great skills, but sitting down to create an article is not one of them. This is where these leaders need to delegate their work to people who can get the job done. VA Staffer is a very important resource for strategic outsourcing.

Completing The Mission

Once the body of the content is finished, it will be time to work on another important aspect of writing: the SEO meta description. In the next article, we are going to discuss how to use this properly, how to take advantage of the search engine rankings, and what you should actually put into a meta description.

Onsite SEO URL Tips

Making a SEO URL is a very important part of optimization. This is one of the factors that the website crawlers examine. The URL structure needs to have a certain set of standards attached to the formation of an URL. In this article, you are going to get URL SEO tips!

If you have not checked on the requirements of what you need before even starting, go to Onsite SEO Requirements. If you have all the requirement and have not created the title for your post yet, go back and read Onsite SEO Title Tips before trying to construct the URL.

Important SEO URL Tips and Tricks

This is the most important URL tip there is: If at all possible, create the URL only once! It is best to have as few errors in the database as possible. If there is a history of changing URLs, this creates multiple 404 errors. (This includes the improper use of SEO tags, which will be discussed in its own article.)

The more of these errors a site has, the less authority the site gains. To be blunt, if you mess up the URL portion, you are hurting your bottom line. So, please pay attention!

A common URL address is http://www.yourwebsite.com/category/pid=6008. For a page or blog post, the URL should have this structure: yourwebsite.com/title-of-post-with-dashes. By having the http://www. removed from your URL, you have much more room for your actual keyword.

Stop Words In The Name of Love

Another mistake that is made when dealing with keywords and URLs is the conflict of stop words. Stop words are like the prepositions in a phrase that are normally bounced out of the title. This is why a good keyword strategy is so important to catch these things!

Let’s take the example above. Let’s say our keyword is “title of the post”. As you can see from the URL structure above, it says “title of post”. That means that this URL is NOT optimized for your keyword. This is where you need to go in and manually fix the URL structure to yourwebsite.com/title-of-the-post-with-dashes.

Military Intelligents

Also, quickly double-check that your primary keyword phrase is spelled correctly. See here: yourwebsite.com/title-of-the-post-with-dashes. By missing this small examination of the URL, that is enough to start causing havoc with your website.

By the way, did you notice that “military intelligence” was misspelled in the header above? If you did, bonus points for you!

If your URL is not longer than 80 characters total, includes the correct spelling of the primary keyword, and makes sense for the page or post you are writing, you may now do your first “Save” of your page or post.

Creating A Branded Vanity URL

You may be asking yourself, “What is a vanity URL?”.  This is a rather new trend where people and companies have been creating stylized URLs the same way vanity car plates are made.

The YouTube vanity URL for linking to their videos is youtu.be/the-video-info. As you can see, this is not ending in the typical .com, .org, or .info that we have come to know for web site addresses.

My opinion on having a vanity URL is that they are awesome for outreach and getting conversions, but they can be dangerous to your site without a strategy of utilizing these vanity URL properly. I think vanity URLs should be used for separate websites that are made just for exclusive promotions.

For example, if you use a vanity URL shortener, you need to trust that the database that holds the information that was shortened stays in place for a long time.

SEO URL For Site & Promo Vanity Short URL

As you can see, creating the URL is a very important step for search engine optimization. It is a major stumbling block for website owners that just do not understand how important each URL is to their site. In order to get the correct URL in the correct order, keyword mapping is a necessary step!

Once you have the SEO title and SEO URL in place, you can go onto SEO writing of the content for the page or post. If you have already gathered your content in advance, you are doing a terrific job. If you have not, you still can create content on the fly.

Onsite SEO Title Tips

The SEO title is very important to writing a blog or a post. It is sad to say that a lot of people misunderstand how to use the title of the post or page. They treat is like regular newspaper copy. Newspaper editors have a lot more leeway when it comes to how a title is made. However, as the writer for online content, there are certain rules you need to follow!
