Never Miss an Important Event Again



Message your Dedicated Assistant to let them know that you want to be reminded of important events.

This could be anything from a conference, a birthday, an anniversary, a camping trip.


Give a list of the events you want to be reminded of and set some instructions on whether you want to be reminded a couple of days before the event, the day before, or on the day itself. Also include where you want to be reminded(Messenger, Whatsapp, A specific channel on your Slack/discord)

You can also give instructions to remind you of additional information such as to make sure to buy a present or book a hotel.


Your VA will then put this into action by adding these events on their own calendar so that it doesn't block time from your business calendar and sending you reminders.

You can also create a separate calendar shared between you and your VA where they can add the reminders.


Have a recurring check with your VA to verify the system is working.

Your Dedicated Assistant then provides feedback on what's working and what's not working and report any other anomalies monitored.


You can further improve this by setting up multiple channels on your Chat(Slack/Discord) communication platform.

Example: Creating channels for the following conversations
- Urgent Concerns
- Accounting
- Calendar
- To-Do List
- General Discussion

This will help further organize conversations between you and your assistant and will also help with prioritization and accountability.
